We've been hard at work in the kitchen creating an inventive addition to almost any event - Cake Bites! These three bite wonders add elegance to any gathering. They're perfect for weddings, showers, birthdays, business meetings or just enjoying with your favorite wine or coffee.
What's a Cake Bite? A cake bite looks like a truffle but is a touch larger than a truffle, and it is filled with dense, moist cake. It is then covered in chocolate and topped with a special design.
Our story began when Andrea's mom introduced her to her cake bite recipe one holiday. One bite, and she was hooked! She started experimenting with new flavors and decorating ideas using her co-workers as very willing taste-testers who quickly began requesting their favorites for parties and holidays. When the orders didn't slow down, she knew she had to take this passion of baking to the next level.
About a year later she met Josh and found he was a pretty good cook- and a great source of new ideas. He has a background in art and she put his talents to work in her kitchen. Before long, 'Love at First Bite' was created, and they have been busy in the kitchen ever since!
Andrea and Josh organized in 2012 and formed a small company located in Madison, WI and began looking for new ways to grow and share the treats they craft. They stick to their philosophy of being artistic and original, not to mention delicious and beautiful!!
